Build Your 'Perfect' MLB The Show 26 Franchise Mode -- On a Budget
You have $15, what things do you want in your MLB The Show 26 franchise mode?
Of the many silly things that get posted all the time in sports circles, one that I always stop to ponder about when I see them are the “build your X on a budget” games.
If you’ve never seen these, well here’s one from Reddit:

For this example, you have to pick one player from each column (the skill position is the colimn), but you don’t need to select one player from each row (the dollar amount is the row). So you’ll have tons of different permutations among a group of people, but ultimately we all spend the same amount of money to build X thing.
I have also talked a lot about franchise modes during January:

So to end this month, I wanted to smash my franchise mode obsession together with my “build your team” fixation to create another dumb game to play and share. You are in charge of building your desired franchise mode for MLB The Show 26 — on a budget.
The idea is to give you a bunch of options to select from, and you’ll have $12 to spend. You’re not building a franchise mode from scratch, rather you’re picking out the improvements you want to see in the mode this year.
You can also select more than one feature/improvement from each row, but you need to select at least five items in total.
In my franchise mode grid, I also included a couple things that impact more than just franchise mode to make the choices a little harder for you all. I’m sure I’m including a couple things in some categories that people think are undervalued or overvalued — which is also always the case with these boards.
With that in mind, let’s get into what’s on the board, and explain what each option means so you can start making some tough choices of your own. On top of that, I will build my own board and explain my choices to see if I can’t sway you to my side.
